According to a billboard that appeared along Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles last week, new music from Tyler is hopefully coming soon.

The billboard promoted the phone number 1-855-444-8888 and the words, “CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST,” and once dialed, a recorded message between Tyler and his mother is heard. The majority of the recording is of the mother talking about how much she loves her son, stating that she will “stand in front of a bullet, on God, over this one.” When she asks, “Am I lying?,” a voice that sounds just like Tyler’s answers, “You have no reason to.”

Interestingly enough, when one fan tried to upload the recording on Instagram, the app immediately put the video down with a warning: “We’ve removed the video that you posted at 3:15 pm on June 9, 2021 because it included the following content: MOMMA TALK by Tyler, the Creator.”

It’s the first confirmed single by the musician, following his 2019 release IGOR, and most probably the interlude to the upcoming album. Stay tuned for more details as they come.
